Jackson-Hinds (JHCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that is committed to serving our patients. For patients who do not have health insurance or have higher deductible plans than normal, we offer a patient-friendly Sliding Fee Discount Program(SFDP). The SFDP is structured in a manner that adjusts on a patient's ability to pay.
JHCHC does not deny services based on a person’s age, race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or inability to pay.

Do you have health insurance through an employer with high deductibles?
Perhaps your insurance does not cover doctor’s office visits. We can assist by applying our sliding fee scale to your office deductibles or co-pays.

Do you have Medicare coverage?
We can assist by applying our sliding fee scale to your co-insurance amounts and copay.
