JHCHC Awarded Special Recognition by the American Heart Association

Cardiovascular Disease remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality. Currently, an estimated 92.1 million US adults have at least one type of cardiovascular disease which may lead to myocardial infarction (MI), stroke, or death.
