These are inspiring times at Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center; we are celebrating our 50th
Anniversary! Over five decades, we have successfully carried out our mission to provide quality, affordable healthcare services to underinsured and uninsured citizens of Central Mississippi. Over the past 50 years, we have grown from our first location, a small Sunday school classroom in Cade Chapel Baptist Church, to 28 sites, including a homeless service site, 13 school-based clinics, and two mobile units serving over 50,000 patients annually, in Central Mississippi. Today, the Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center is the largest community health center in the state of Mississippi.

Prior to COVID-19, we planned to commemorate this momentous milestone during our 50th Anniversary Gala and introduce our dedication project. However, due to the devastation of COVID-19, unfortunately, we had to cancel our gala. Although the 50th Anniversary Gala was canceled, we are committed to achieving our 50th Anniversary Dedication Project goal. This project aims to raise funds to purchase a mobile mammography unit to expand access to mammography screenings for women in need. We are pleased to invite you to become a valuable sponsor for this worthwhile endeavor.

The 50th Anniversary Dedication Project will benefit patients at high-risk for breast cancer. The mobile mammography unit will help increase awareness and early detection of breast cancer, eliminate transportation barriers, reduce healthcare costs, and save lives. Sponsorship opportunities are included for your review and consideration.

We appreciate you considering our sponsorship proposal, and we look forward to an affirmative response from you to make this project successful. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me directly at jacksonhinds@jhchc.org or 601-364-5142. Visit us at www.jhchc.org.

Thank you in advance for your support and for helping us continue our efforts to eliminate health disparities and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
